Supported by numerous libraries, including for Arduino, this module allows data to be read from the CAN bus, widely used in industry and automotive applications, especially for communication between modules in cars. With it, the vehicle's fault codes can also be queried.

The module is ideal for integration into microcontrollers that do not have a built-in CAN interface, extending their communication capabilities. It contains a TJA1050 transceiver, which generates a differential signal ready for connection to the CAN bus. For connection to the CAN line, goldpins or ARK-type screw connectors are used, providing flexibility in installation and integration into different systems.
