Description
The module contains a Dual Core Xtensa 32-bit LX6 microcontroller that operates in the frequency rangefrom 80 to 240 MHz, providing high performance at 5V supply voltage. The maximum voltage on the I/O port is 3.3V, ensuring compatibility with most commonly used sensors and peripherals. The module is equipped with 520 kB of SRAM and 8 MB of Flash memory for advanced data processing and storage. The built-in WiFi 802.11 b/g/n chip supports security features such as WEP, WPA/WPA2, PSK/Enterprise, AES, SHA2, ECC and RSA-4096, ensuring secure wireless communication. In addition, the module features Bluetooth BLE and the USB-UART converter CP2102, which enables easy programming and communication via the microUSB connector.
