Description
The MAX44009 light intensity sensor module is distinguished by its very low current consumption and high measurement precision, made possible by an advanced 22-bit analogue-to-digital converter. This sensor is capable of measuring values from 0.045 to 188,000 lux, making it extremely sensitive and effective in a variety of lighting conditions.
In addition, the sensor is designed to ignore invisible light such as infrared and ultraviolet, making its measurements best reflect the light seen by the human eye. Communication is via an I2C interface, facilitating integration with most microcontrollers and automation systems.
