Peltier cell is a thermoelectric module used for cooling, heating, heat exchange, and thermocirculation. When voltage is applied, the module emits heat on one side and intensively cools on the other. The element is powered by up to 12 V and draws up to 3 A current. The plate dimensions are 30 x 30 x 4 mm. The product is excellent for projects using microcontrollers; it works with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP8266, and ESP32.

Important usage information

Use only when mounted to heatsinks with thermal paste.

Connecting the cell to 12 V DC without heatsinks for longer than 2-3 seconds causes permanent damage to the cell.
