The high-performance TEC1-12705 Peltier module has a supply voltage range of 0 to 15.5 V (nominal voltage 12 V). The module offers maximum cooling power of 77 W at a current draw of up to 5 A. Internal resistance ranges from 2 Ω to 2.2 Ω, and the allowable operating pressure is 85 N/cm². The device is designed for operation over a wide temperature range of -55 °C to 83 °C. The module has leads with a minimum length of 20 cm.
Note: The module must only be used after mounting to heatsinks with thermal paste. Connecting the module to 12 V DC without heatsinks for longer than 2-3 seconds will cause permanent damage.
