Ultra-low-power development module based on the advanced nRF52840 chip. The board offers native support for Bluetooth 5.0, Zigbee, and Thread. Technical Specifications and Power Supply
The module operates at a logic voltage of 3.3V. Applying 5V directly to the I/O pins will permanently damage the microcontroller. Main power can be supplied via the USB-C connector or directly from a 3.7V Li-Po battery connected to the dedicated B+ and B- pads. The board has a VCC output providing 3.3V and an external voltage input RAW.
Configuration and Programming
Programming is done via the USB-C connector. The board enters bootloader mode by quickly shorting the RST pin to ground (GND) twice. After this operation, the module appears in the system as a removable drive. Arduino IDE support requires installing the Adafruit nRF52 microcontroller support package. For wireless keyboard projects, the board is ready to work in the ZMK environment as an equivalent of the nice_nano_v2 model.
