DC-DC Step-Down voltage converter is a miniature module with a wide range of applications. With an input voltage of 4 V to 18 V, the device offers smoothly adjustable output voltage from 0.85 V to 17.5 V via the built-in potentiometer. The module also allows a fixed output voltage to be set by soldering the appropriate jumper on the back of the PCB.

Pinout and connection

- IN+ - positive voltage input (power supply plus).
- GND - circuit ground (power supply minus), common reference for input and output.
- VO+ - positive stepped-down voltage output (powered device plus).
- EN - control pin (Enable). Leaving it unconnected or tying it to IN+ enables the converter. Connecting a switch allows manual control of the module.
