Description

The NUCLEO-H563ZI kit from ST Microelectronics contains a microcontroller STM32H563ZIT6 that is based on the core ARM Cortex-M33 with TrustZone, reaching a maximum clock speed of 250 MHz. The microcontroller is equipped with 2 MB Flash memory and 640 kB RAM, providing an excellent environment for advanced applications. The board offers a connector compatible with Arduino Uno R3 and ST Zio/Morpho, making it easy to expand and integrate with other systems. In addition, the kit includes a built-in programmer ST-Link/V3 that can also be used with external microcontrollers, adding to its versatility.

 

NUCLEO-H563ZI kit specification:

  1. Microcontroller: STM32H563ZIT6 in an LQFP144 enclosure, providing advanced computing and integration capabilities.

  2. LED indicators: 3 user LEDs for visual indication of states and processes.

  3. Controls:

    • Buttons: 2 x user button and 1 x RESET button for interaction and quick system response.

  4. Quartz generator:

    • LSE: 32.768 kHz, used for tasks requiring precise timekeeping.

  5. Connectors on the board:

    • ST Zio: Includes ARDUINO® Uno V3-compatible connector, expanding configuration and compatibility options.
    • ST Morpho: Provides additional extension options and connectors for advanced projects.

  6. Power options:

    • Flexible power sources via ST-LINK USB VBUS, USB connector or from an external power supply with voltages of 3.3 V, 5 V, 7-12 V to suit different operating environments.

    • STLINK-V3EC: Integrated programmer/debugger with SWD interface, which also allows work with external circuits, increasing the functionality of the kit.
